Product Description
Both the normal temperature jig dyeing machine and the high temperature jig dyeing machine of GTM jig dyeing machine series have a specially designed dye tank to ensure that cloth rolls of different lengths can be bleached and dyed at a fixed bath ratio.

1.Has two reciprocating cloth rollers (A, B) with stainless steel surface. coating;, both sides of the machine support- ing the. spherical bearing; is an independent unit; equipped with the vector frequency conversion by the AC motor drive.

2.The jigger has two stainless steel peach-shaped expansion devices. On the top, it has two cloth guide rollers, connect-ed by inclined tension spring to the bracket, which are used to flat, expand tension and buffer constant of dye solution. The bottom of the liquid bath has two stainless steel cloth guide rollers under the surface. Special process can be changed by cloth walking with edge changing, or by using double groove for mangling, additional peach-shaped desizing roller, and vacuum suction roller.

3.The jigger' s dye vat is designed with low, middle, and high water levels with the unique design concept of small bath ratio and low water flow level.

4.The liquid circulation of the jgger is achieved through a circulating pump which has a built-in filter, stainless steel pipe flow control, to get uniform flow and temperature.

5.The feed tank has multiple functions like water spray heating,filtration, reflux, drainage, linear segment for automatic liquid and automatic mixing.

6.The steam cycle heating can be performed by the direct and indirect ways. The steam pipe has a low noise structure, and is optional for heat exchange heating. Control of the circulate about the supply of water, gas, feed, circulation, dyes and feed tanks, and adding of chem- ical dyestuff additives, as well as the valve of bath temperature are all automatically controlled.

7.Different series of jiggers are equipped with different cloth-in and -out devices. The standard one has a cloth-in and -out devices which have swing arm, cylinder, stainless steel expander pole, cloth guide roller, active rubber roller,as well as a separated transmission for soft start and stop.

8.It is optional for online testing of pH value and automatic program for water and gas consumption measurement and control.

Technical parameters and fabric parameters

Advanced mechanical drive and system control technology comes from the physical properties of the fabric and the tension value requirements. And roller A and B of GTM jig dyeing machines reciprocate alternately. The diameter of fabric rolls changes alternately; the power difference of the driving motor changes constantly. The jig dyeing machines should operate under a dynamic value with uniform rotation, acceleration and deceleration rotation, frictional resistance and the automatically dynamic allocation of moment of inertia, that is, it should operate with constant tension and linear velocity. GTM jig dyeing machine is no longer controlled by the conventional measured values. Its control system continuously calculates the thickness of the fabric, the fabric rolls’radius change of roller A and B, the weight change of roller A and B, pressure angle change, and rotational speed change. Through varieties and running speed of fabrics, the tension’s dynamic value of each roller A and B required can be calculated. Wide practice proves that fabric wrinkles caused by fluctuations of tension no longer exist.

Process parameters
A successful drying procedure can be repeated in the same way, and be suitable for batch production. The requirement of the size of each batch production, time and bath ratio is constant. The right bath ratio and the combination reaction time of single process of each batch of cloth are chosen according to the variety and gram weight of fabrics.

Bath tatio

Repeat of process requires changes in the size of each batch of production. The liquid taken by each batch of fabrics of same bath ratio is complemented continually through the liquid level control. The system calculates the total weight of the bath sink after the cloth feeding and discharge. The total liquid is the total sum of the amount of liquid carried by the fabric and all liquid in the circulatory system of bath sink. Then the system adds it to a preset bath ratio according to the process requirements.
Time

A complete dyeing process, auxiliary agent of combination reaction and dyes ensure the process repeating. Each process needs the same reaction time, regardless of quantity and length. When the length of
each roll of fabrics is greater or less than the average value, the machine can automatically adjust the speed to ensure the reaction time of each process. Perhaps the time lost in shrinkage and proofing can also be compensated by the speed changing. If the length of
fabrics is less than the maximum value, the system will be automatially switched to reciprocating swing function to ensure the reaction time.
