Introduction

GBM Series upscale beam dyeing machine is suitable for high-end dyeing with light and thin high-end fabric. The fabric is wound on the mandrel with holes in an open width for dyeing. In the dyeing process, the fabric can be rewound slowly or not moved, while the dye solution is forced to penetrate the fabric layer in the forward or reverse direction, so the fabric is not stretched, which is suitable for any kind of superior fabric. Upscale beam dyeing machine uses one way and two way liquid flow amd can be set according to variety fabrics process.

The upscale beam dyeing machine operates with the same principle as that of package dyeing machine. It can be effectively used to dye yarn or fabric. What's more, the machine is able to adjust water level in accordance to fabric volume. In addition, it can evenly dye the cloth with superior dyeing quality. Furthermore, the machine features optimized circulation system along with high performance pumps.
