In dyeing, we use overflow nozze with lowest pressure, that reduce tension, plling & yarn sliding of fabric, we supply varied size of nozzle for customer's demand.
●Simple Operating System
The electric board is applied with micro-computer control, therefore operation is very easy. It can also be auto-dosing control (supply continue dosing quality.option), and quickly flrain, hot water tank (option) to reduce total dyeing time, that enhance production yield.
●No Crease Mark & No Rolling Selvedge
The fabric extending device extends the fabrics after beating preventing rlling selvages and plls. This is suitable for TRICOT.
●Precise Speed
Efficiently-functional direct-flow motor can help previously choose twist strength within certain speed ranges and adjust it between speed. Therefore, fabric movement, speed and textile directing roll are in the simultaneous pace, which can avoid usual flaws cause by rubbing on material surface.
Advantage
High-efficency Dyeing System with Lowest Liquor Ratio & High Speed
The fabrics float in the dye without contacting the interior wallsof the tank. This accelerates the dyeing process up to 500- -600m/min without pills.
Specially designed corrugated board(W-type) of the fabric storage tube reduces the friction coeffcient between the fabrics and interior walls of the tube to accelerate the dyeing process, so the liquor ratio can also be adjusted to 1:4~ 7 for customers process requirement.
