Beam Dyeing Machine Handling Precautions

1. Preparation before operation
(1) Check whether the dye barrels and auxiliary barrels of the dyeing machine are clean. If it is not clean, it should be cleaned.
(2) Check the weight of the incoming cloth and the planned weight. If the deviation exceeds 10%, the operation cannot be performed.
(3) Prepare warp beams and stainless steel plates and inspect them.
(4) Set up the inner baffle and check it to see if it is clean.
2. Operation
(1) Before entering the cloth, check the inside of the machine to see if it is clean and dirty.
(2) Check the sealing ring to see if it is intact and the sealing performance is good.
(3) First push the cloth trolley to the front of the beam dyeing machine, and then push the beam into the machine. During this process, pay attention that the cloth trolley cannot hit the dyeing machine.
(4) When closing the door, be careful not to leave debris in the machine to avoid damage to the machine.
(5) Operate according to the prescribed requirements, pay attention to some matters, and fill in the production process sheet.
3. Precautions
(1) If there is any abnormal phenomenon in the machine, it should be stopped immediately to check and deal with it in time.
(2) When the machine is working, the working temperature is very high, so do not touch the machine to avoid being scalded.
