1. Preparation before operation
Equipment inspection: Before using the Sample Of Jigger Dyeing Machine, the equipment must be inspected to ensure that the power supply and circuit are normal, the water and chemical storage containers are leak-free, and check for damaged or unusable parts.
Laboratory environment: Ensure that the laboratory is well ventilated, the environment is quiet, the temperature is constant, and it is within a safe temperature range.
Wear protective equipment: Operators must wear appropriate protective equipment, such as protective glasses, gloves, protective clothing, and non-slip shoes, especially when using acids, alkalis, and other toxic and hazardous substances.
Clean up the work area: Ensure that the working environment is clean and tidy to prevent debris and obstacles from interfering with the operation.
2. Start-up operation
Stop the machine and put on the cloth: The machine must be stopped when the cloth is rolled onto the roller. First wet the cloth tip with water and stick it flatly on the roller. Only start the machine after it is properly attached. It is strictly forbidden to pull the cloth tip onto the roller while driving.
Uniform addition: When adding dye, it should be added evenly on both sides to avoid excessive local concentration.
Tension adjustment: Adjust the tension of the reel according to the thickness and characteristics of the fabric to avoid the fabric from breaking or slipping.
Safety device inspection: Ensure that the emergency stop device of the dye jigger works normally, and check and maintain it regularly.
3. Precautions during operation
Frontal processing is prohibited: When the cloth roll is in operation, if there are defects such as curling and wrinkles, it must not be processed on the front of the cloth roll to prevent the hand from being rolled in.
Dangerous items are prohibited: The core of the wooden roller for rolling cloth must not be placed next to the rotating roller shaft to prevent it from being ejected and injuring people due to mechanical force.
Keep stable: When the electric hoist lifts the cloth roll, the roller should remain horizontal and stable, and must not be skewed to prevent the single end of the rope from slipping off, causing the cloth roll to fall and injure people.
Fully enclosed safety cover: The bevel gear and transmission shaft on the roller shaft should be equipped with a fully enclosed safety cover.
Monitor the operating status: The operator should always pay attention to the operation of the equipment. If any abnormal situation (such as abnormal sound, odor, etc.) is found, the machine should be stopped and checked in time.
4. Shutdown operation
Exit the process first: After dyeing is completed, exit the process first and then open the machine door.
Turn off the power after cooling: If there is no other dyeing task, the power should be turned off in time after the machine cools down.
Clean the equipment: After shutdown, the equipment should be cleaned and maintained to keep the equipment in good operating condition.
5. Other precautions
It is forbidden to change parameters at will: When the equipment is running, it is forbidden to change the adjustment parameters of the equipment at will, such as winding speed, etc.
It is forbidden to place sundries: It is forbidden to place sundries or other items on the equipment when the equipment is running to avoid causing equipment failure or damage.
It is forbidden to leave the equipment alone: Operators are strictly prohibited from leaving the equipment alone. If they need to leave, they must shut down the machine and turn off the corresponding power supply.
