1. Preparation:
Power on: Turn on the power of the equipment and check whether the process that was last run has been exited. If not, set the process to standby state first.
Check the equipment status: Make sure that all parts of the equipment are normal, without damage or looseness.
Prepare dyes and fabrics: Prepare dyes, auxiliaries and fabrics to be dyed according to dyeing requirements.
2. Load fabrics and dyes:
Load fabrics: Set the fabrics to be dyed on the winding roller of the jigger dyeing machine as required to ensure that the fabrics are flat and wrinkle-free.
Add dyes: Add the prepared dyes and auxiliaries evenly into the dyeing tank to ensure that the dyes are fully dissolved.
3. Set process parameters:
Temperature setting: Set the dyeing temperature and heating rate according to the dyeing process requirements.
Speed setting: Set the running speed of the fabric to ensure that the fabric speed is constant.
Time setting: Set the dyeing time and insulation time.
4. Start dyeing:
Turn on the running motor: Select the pre-set process as required, turn on the running motor switch, and the machine will automatically run according to the set process.
Monitor the dyeing process: During the dyeing process, check the dyeing effect regularly to ensure uniform color.
5. End of dyeing:
Exit the process: After dyeing, exit the process first, then open the machine door.
Take out the fabric: Take out the dyed fabric for cleaning and post-processing.
Turn off the equipment: If there is no other dyeing task, the power should be turned off in time after the machine cools down.
