Safety precautions for dyeing machines

Preparation before operation:
1. Equipment inspection: Before using the dyeing machine, the equipment must be inspected to ensure that the power supply and circuits are normal and that there is no leakage in the storage containers for water and chemicals.
2. Wear protective equipment: Operators must wear appropriate protective equipment, such as protective glasses, gloves, protective clothing and non-slip shoes.
3. Clean the work area: Ensure that the working environment is clean and tidy to prevent interference with operations by debris and obstacles.
Precautions during operation:
1. Frontal processing is prohibited: When the cloth roll is in operation, if there are defects such as curling and wrinkles, it must not be processed on the front of the cloth roll to prevent the hand from being rolled in.
2. It is prohibited to place dangerous items: The core of the wooden roller for rolling cloth must not be placed next to the rotating roller shaft to prevent it from being ejected and hurting people due to mechanical force.
3. Keep stable: When the electric hoist lifts the cloth roll, the roller should remain horizontal and stable, and must not be skewed to prevent the single end of the rope from slipping off, causing the cloth roll to fall and hurt people.
4. Fully enclosed safety cover: The bevel gear and transmission shaft on the roller shaft should be equipped with a fully enclosed safety cover.
5. Monitor the operating status: The operator should always pay attention to the operation of the equipment. If any abnormal situation (such as abnormal sound, odor, etc.) is found, the machine should be stopped for inspection in time.
Shutdown operation:
1. Exit the process first: After the dyeing is completed, the process should be exited first, and then the machine door should be opened.
2. Turn off the power after cooling: If there is no other dyeing task, the power should be turned off in time after the machine is cooled.
3. Clean the equipment: After the shutdown, the equipment should be cleaned and maintained to keep the equipment in good operating condition.
