●Low bath ratio: 1:4 to 1:6
“L”type slope built- -in fabric slot, at different slope section, fabric goes forward in“N” Type fold way , no rope shape, no crimping, no crease. Bath ratio is with the range of 1:4 to 1:6 in each running process, to make the gray cloth goes at high speed with low tension, so as to increase the even-dyeing property, to create low bath ratio dyeing process feature.
●Increase the fabric capacity, diversify the suitable dyeing fabric sorts
Innovative wave plate smooth slope fabric slot, new type machine tail fabric trim system, to make the gray cloth pile and goes forward orderly, tremendously increase the fabric capacity, diversity the fabric sorts, to reduce water consumption bath ratio.
●New type over-flow jet device
Special over-flow spray structure, to make gray cloth float and full dipped in the fabric guide pipe, effectively increase the dyeing evenness in low tension , shorten the dyeing time significantly.
●New type back-flow temp. control device
Can avoid the fabric knotting, disorder, compress phenomenon. Back-flow temp. control device, in re-dyeing process, can auto adjust temp. increasing and decreasing, gray cloth running speed variable, to meet special superior fabric process requirement.
