Product Description
GYX-F Soft flow & jet flow high temperature dyeing machine is composed of three cloth storage areas with different functions: the upper layer, the inclined sliding layer and the bottom layer. This structural design combines the advantages of small bath ratio of O-type dyeing vat and wide range of fabrics suitable for L-type dyeing vat. It solves the shortcomings of the narrow range of suitable dyeing fabrics for the 0-type dyeing vat and the high water consumption of the L-type dyeing vat.
Whole fabric structure of GYX-F series dyeing machine
When the slide-type cloth storage tank dyeing machine is running in a dyeing cycle, the cloth is accumulated in the upper layer, the inclined sliding layer, and the lower cloth storage tank area, so that the cloth is not squeezed and is not easy to produce creases.

●Extra large capacity
The dyeing tank is designed with a diameter of 1008mm, much than conventional model. Dual-Nozzle, Dual-Bath and single tank design can increases loading volume; short investment period.
●Wide range of dyeing suitability
Soft flow nozzle pressure in the proper range of 0.5~ 1.0kg/cm2 can satisfy special operating requirements of resilient fabric and low- tension fabric. (With double preventing spiral device nozzle.)
●Low liguor ratio 1:5~1:6
The slide - type chamber design -- liquor ratio is 1:5~ 1:6, saving on chemicals; less water consumption and saving on effluent treatment; saving on steam consumption.
●High efficiency High quality
Dual-Bath and single tank design can minimize occurence of fabric length variation. It also shortens the cloth cycle duration in the dye tank and increases the number of dyeing cycles which so highly promofes a well-dyed cloth effect.
