Safety issues when choosing high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine for polyester

Polyester is dyed with high temperature and high pressure, and special attention should be paid to safety issues.

①When the machine is working, the operator should not leave the machine without permission. Pay close attention to the appearance of pressure gauges, temperature gauges, etc., as well as whether the fabric work and safety valve are normal. If there is any abnormality, emergency measures should be taken as soon as possible.

②All sealing caps should be checked repeatedly to see if they are tightened. Check whether the feeding barrel valve, filter cover, steam exhaust valve, etc. have been operated stably, so as to avoid spraying liquid and steam after being pressurized, which may cause personnel burns.

③Do not heat up before starting, and close the steam valve before shutting down to avoid the heater and related pipelines breaking.

④The water filling valve of the cooling water equipment of the circulating pump should be opened first, and then turned on, so as to avoid the friction and heat of the circulating pump shaft and damage to the parts after the temperature rises. The cooling equipment water valve can only be closed after parking.

⑤ After dyeing and cooling, the pressure must be reduced to zero and the temperature below 90 °C, and the machine can stop working before opening the cover to avoid the dye liquid, steam, etc. rushing out and scalding personnel.

⑥ The whole machine should be repaired regularly, and the pressure gauge and temperature gauge should be checked frequently. Check whether the data of the pressure gauge and the temperature gauge are consistent (the saturated steam pressure is 1.67×105~1.76×105Pa, and the temperature should be 130℃). If it does not match, there must be external damage, and it is necessary to ask the equipment repair department to repair or replace it immediately.
