Therefore, it is very important to improve the sealing performance of the dyeing machine, and replace it in time if the air leak is found. Don't just look at the temperature of 130℃ on the thermometer and mistake it for the pressure to reach 0.2MPa/m2, which is easy to cause accidents. Finally, the dyeing machine needs to be maintained once a year, the main equipment parts are repaired and maintained once, the vulnerable parts are checked and maintained once a month, and the oil is added once a month.
