There is too much foam and the nozzle is not adjusted properly. Once it is not adjusted properly, the nozzle pressure will be too large or too small, resulting in cloth blockage. It is better to use large nozzle for thick cloth and small nozzle for thin cloth, so as to avoid blocking cloth.
The nozzle pressure is too large or too small, and the cloth guide wheel speed is too fast or too slow, which is very easy to block the cloth. The pressure of the nozzle is high, which causes the speed of feeding cloth to be too fast, and the cloth is piled up disorderly in the machine. After the machine runs, it is likely to cause the cloth to knot. At this time, the speed of the cloth guide wheel should be slowed down first, and then the pressure of the nozzle should be adjusted down. If the feeding speed is too fast, some machines will be blocked by cloth. The pressure of the nozzle is too small, and the speed of the cloth guide wheel is too fast. If so, wait for the cloth to be blocked. Stop the cloth guide wheel first, and then adjust the nozzle pressure. If the pointer of the nozzle pressure has shown that the maximum pressure cloth does not go, then consider whether the nozzle size has been selected.
High temperature master cylinder has no pressure. Generally, you forget to close the discharge valve or exhaust valve, or one of them is broken. Under high temperature, the master cylinder has no pressure, and the nozzle also has no pressure. At this time, the nozzle pressure will be small, and the cloth guide wheel speed will be too fast, which will return to the second situation.
The water level of high-temperature dyeing machine is too high or there is too much foam. If the water level is too high and the cloth is overstocked in the guide, it doesn't necessarily block the cloth. It depends on which type of machine it is. Some will block and some won't. Defoamer can be added to solve the problem, but not more. It is appropriate to add 50 to 100 grams at a time. Adding more is not good for the machine.
If there is too much cloth, the machine has its maximum capacity. It is best not to feed too much cloth.
