It has an innovative wave board smooth slope cloth tank, a new tail finishing system, which optimizes the advantages and disadvantages of the old generation of L-type dyeing tank of O-type dyeing tank, and widens the diversity of high-quality fabric dyeing.
The dyeing bath ratio of the fabric overflow dyeing machine can reach 1:5-1:8. And it is equipped with a specially designed feeding system, which can ensure the leveling effect of the fabric even at a low liquor ratio. It has programmable water metering, precise dosing system, fabric cycle time control, and adjustable nozzle pressure. Because of the low dye bath ratio of the fabric overflow dyeing machine, the fabric carries less water during operation, reducing the running weight of the fabric, thereby reducing the tension on the fabric and reducing the fuzz caused by friction, optimizing the surface effect of the fabric and reducing the shrinkage rate.
