Avoid improper operation of high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine

Dyestuff selection: try to choose varieties with good diffusibility and levelness when dyeing, and dyes with similar dyeing properties should be used when matching colors.

Reduction cleaning: reduction cleaning is an important part of removing floating colors. After reduction and cleaning, the color fades slightly. At the same time, both rubbing fastness and light fastness are improved.

Prevention of tar spots: The so-called tar spots are viscous substances formed in the dye solution, and the main ingredients are dye dispersants and polyester oligomers. Polyester oligomer is a polycondensation of polyester, which oozes from the fiber and flows into the dye solution to adhere to the surface of the fiber during the high-temperature and long-term dyeing process. Measures to prevent tar spots include: (1) Strengthen fabric pretreatment. (2) Increase the dyeing bath ratio. (3) Application of high temperature and high pressure dispersant. (4) Use high-temperature drainage to prevent the dye from crystallizing after cooling. (5) Shorten the equipment cleaning cycle.
