Construction principle of dehydrator
Mar 08, 2020
The main body of the dehydrator is composed of a fixed ring and a moving ring. The front part is concentrated part and the back part is dehydrated part.
The filter gap formed between the fixing ring and the swimming ring and the pitch of the screw shaft gradually decrease from the condensing part to the dewatering part. The rotation of the spiral shaft pushes the sludge from the concentrated part to the dewatering part, and at the same time, it continuously drives the swimming ring to clean the filter seam to prevent blockage. The sludge is transported to the dewatering section after gravity concentration at the thickening section. In the process of advance, with the gradual reduction of the filter gap and the pitch, and the blocking action of the back pressure plate, great internal pressure is generated and the volume is constantly reduced, to achieve full dehydration.
