(1), dip dyeing
It is a method of immersing the textile in a dye liquor to fix the dye on the textile for a period of time. It can be used for all kinds of textiles, especially some textiles that cannot withstand tension or pressing. However, it generally adopts intermittent production. Although the operation is relatively simple, the production efficiency is not high.
(2), pad dyeing
The fabric is first impregnated for a short period of time, and then pressed with rollers to allow the dye to be evenly distributed on the fabric, so as to achieve the purpose of dyeing. The advantage of this method is high production efficiency, but it is mainly suitable for dyeing woven fabrics.
