1. Operating procedures
(1) Whether the parts of each part of the machine, and whether the fasteners are loose, whether there is any abnormality, if any, should be dealt with in time.
(2) Sort the fabrics, then place them evenly in the drum, and then close the inner and outer doors.
(3) Open the water valve, add detergent, and add water within the specified size.
(4) When the dyeing machine is working, put steam and keep the water temperature at about 70℃. After meeting the requirements of the regulations, close the steam valve.
(5) Turn off the power switch, and then cut off the power.
2. Maintenance
(1) The working parts, friction parts and bearings of the machine need to be lubricated regularly.
(2) The tightness of the triangular tape should be appropriate, and if there is a problem, it should be adjusted in time.
(3) When the machine is working, the sealing cover cannot be opened. If there is any abnormality, it should be parked and repaired immediately.
(4) Park the car for inspection every six months, so as to find and solve problems in time.
