1.1 Dyeing principle of jigger
The dyeing jigger is an intermittent dyeing machine, the dyeing tank is made of stainless steel, and a pair of cloth winding shafts are installed on the tank. Through the gear meshing device, the main and passive conditions of the pair of shafts can be changed, and at the same time, a certain tension can be applied to the fabric, so that it can be immersed in the dyeing solution through the small cloth guide shaft, and alternately wound on the cloth winding shaft. The bottom of the dye tank is equipped with a direct steam pipe to heat the dye solution, and the intermittent steam pipe has the effect of heat preservation. In addition, there is a drainage device at the bottom of the tank. When dyeing, the fabric is retreated into the dyeing tank by the forced cloth roll, and then wound onto the active cloth shaft. This operation is called one cycle. After the fabric is turned one way, it turns to be rolled onto another shaft, and the driving shaft is also changed accordingly. After dyeing, the fabric is unrolled out of the cylinder.
1.2 Features of dyeing jigger
The jigger has simple dyeing operation, short preparation time, convenient color change, quick response to the market, and timely and convenient shade adjustment; the disadvantage is that the vat difference and batch difference are large, and the color difference between the edge and the head and the tail is prone to occur, and the cloth needs to be connected. It will spoil the head cloth, and it is not easy to dye deep colors.
The process conditions such as dyeing temperature and liquor ratio of the jigger change greatly. In addition, the general reactive dyes have low fixation rate, poor washability, and small adaptability to changes in process conditions. Therefore, the dyed semi-finished products have large color differences, high rework rate, and low loss. big. When using jiggers to dye reactive dyes in deep colors, it is necessary to optimize the dyes.
1.3 Reactive dyes for jigger dyeing
Reactive dyes that are usually used for jigger dyeing include: X-type (30°C) low-temperature dyes, KN-type (75°C), M-type (75°C), KD-type (90°C) and Yongguang's H-type (90°C) high-temperature dyes Dyes, and medium temperature (60 ℃) dyes. Medium-temperature dyes are new dual-reactive dyes, and major dye factories have corresponding products.
Anoxol L-type reactive dye is a new type of low-temperature dye, the dyeing temperature is 40 ℃, only a small amount of soda ash and caustic soda are needed for color fixation, which can meet the quality requirements of jigger dyed deep-colored products. According to relevant information, many of its properties are better than those of dual reactive dyes, and it is not sensitive to electrolytes and alkaline agents, has little dependence on dyeing conditions (such as liquor ratio, time, temperature, etc.), and has good color reproducibility.
