Factors affecting the dyeing process of high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine

Jan 28, 2022

1. Temperature: An increase in temperature is conducive to dyeing. Too high will decompose the dye and damage the fiber. Generally dyed at 120-130, but not more than 145. Moderate high-temperature dyeing can make the dyeing bright, level dyeing, and less floating caused by dyeing.

2. PH value: PH value is 5-6.

3. Bath ratio: The bath ratio should not be too small. Too small will cause poor contact between the dye solution and the fabric, resulting in dyeing, or scratches or creases or chicken foot marks when the fabric does not run smoothly.

4. Auxiliary agent: The main function of the auxiliary agent is to make the dye uniformly adsorb, help the dye transfer to the surface and inside of the fiber uniformly, prevent the dye from re-aggregating, and prevent the oligomer from adhering to the fabric to form tar spots.
