Therefore, most cheese dyeing machines now use centrifugal pumps to realize the diversion of the circulating dye solution.
3. Overflow type salt adding device
In order to improve the dyeing efficiency of dyes, we will add a large amount of salt, and the sewage treatment equipment can change the dyeing rate by controlling the salt concentration. Of course, for the dyeing of different colors, we need to add different salt amounts and injection rates to achieve the desired color.
4. Heating proportional control
Everyone should know that in the dyeing process, the dye uptake rate and fixation rate are all related to the heating speed. We can control the heating rate proportionally so that the heating rate is controlled within a very low range. At the same time, it has a leveling effect.
