1. High temperature and high pressure warp beam dyeing machine

The knitted fabric is wound on a hollow reel warp beam with small holes on the surface, sent into a horizontal cylindrical stainless steel shell, sealed and pressed for dyeing, and then processed.

The dye liquor is transported by a centrifugal pump and circulates from the inside to the outside or from the outside to the inside to the fabric layer through the warp beam.

If not done properly, this type of dyeing can produce color differences inside, outside and in the middle of the fabric layers.


2. Winch type high temperature and high pressure rope dyeing machine

Features: sealed and pressure-resistant, can be used at high temperature and high pressure, and can also be used at normal temperature and pressure. Low steam consumption.

Applicable dyes and fabrics are wide.


3. High temperature and high pressure overflow dyeing machine

The dye liquor is drawn from the bottom of the dye tank and enters the overflow tank through the heater. Two or three overflow pipe inlets are installed in parallel in the overflow tank.

The fabric is circulated by the active guide roller and the overflow of dye liquor. During the dyeing process, the fabric is in a relaxed state, the tension is small, the dyeing is uniform, the color is bright, and the product feels soft

Mainly used for the dyeing of synthetic fiber warp knitted, weft knitted fabrics and elastic fabrics. It can be used for high temperature and high pressure dyeing, as well as normal temperature and normal pressure dyeing.
