How should the high temperature jet overflow dyeing machine keep warm at work?

1. Use high-pressure airless spraying to spray heat insulating paint on the surface of the dyeing machine to make the surface of the dyeing machine dense, thereby forming an insulating coating with a thickness of 1.5-5 mm.

2. According to the above insulation method, the specific steps are as follows:

(1) Remove various oil stains and protective agents on the surface of the dyeing machine.

(2) Turn on the power of the stirrer at a temperature above 21°C, and stir the heat-insulating paint in the paint bucket until it is milky white.

(3) Use high-pressure airless spraying to spray the insulating varnish that has been stirred in advance. To make sure each coat is the thickness you want, wait until the previous coat is completely dry before spraying the next coat.

3. On the vertical plane of all the above dyeing machines, the thickness of each layer of thermal insulation coating is 0.23-0.25mm.
