Dyes selection: try to choose varieties with good diffusibility and levelness when dyeing, and dyes with similar dyeing properties should be used when matching colors.
Reduction cleaning: reduction cleaning is an important part of removing floating color. After reduction and cleaning, the color is slightly lighter. At the same time, both rubbing fastness and light fastness are improved.
Prevention of tar spots: The so-called tar spots are viscous substances formed in the dyeing solution, and the main ingredients are dye dispersants and polyester oligomers. Polyester oligomer is a polycondensation of polyester, which oozes from the fiber and flows into the dye solution to adhere to the surface of the fiber during the high temperature and long-term dyeing process.
Measures to prevent tar spots are: 1. Strengthen fabric pretreatment. 2. Increase the dyeing liquor ratio. 3. Application of high temperature and high pressure dispersant. 4. Use high-temperature drainage to avoid the dyes from crystallizing after cooling. 5. Shorten the equipment cleaning cycle.
