How to clean HT Jigger Dyeing Machine
Jan 10, 2022
The long-term application of HT Jigger Dyeing Machine will accumulate waste on the inner wall of the cylinder body, especially when the printing and dyeing plant field pays great attention to manipulating the amount of industrial wastewater. Many chemical substances, such as foodstuffs, vegetable oils, and chemical fiber shavings, are deposited on the bottom of the tank. Its adverse effects are mild, which will slow down the rate of dyeing vat rise and temperature reduction, and there will be flying spots during dyeing. More serious will cause blockage of dyeing machinery and equipment, and the dyeing temperature will not rise. Depending on the main purpose of the overflow tank, the main composition of the main tank’s accumulation is also different. The key is floating dust, vegetable oils, agglomerated dyes, thickeners, oligomers, calcium, etc., based on different ingredients Choose a different way to clean.
1. For the removal of oligomers, NaOH or acid-base thiocyanate detergent is often used to wash the tank. A medium can also be added to facilitate the melting of oligomers. The addition of heat-resistant thickeners can inhibit the oligomers. Sedimentation, rapid cooling and high temperature discharge can avoid the accumulation and aggregation of oligomers.
2. The removal of alkali scale, calcium and chemical fiber scraps can be cleaned with sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid. The actual effect is very good, but it has significant harm to stainless steel plates (corrosion-resistant stainless steel plates are widely used in the inner cavity of the dyeing tank), and the gloss of the stainless steel layer Completely subside, the corrosion is very large.
3. For the removal of agglomerated dyes, nicotine, and vegetable oils, traditional vat-preserving processing techniques can be used to carry out restoration and cleaning with sulphuric acid powder, caustic soda, and demulsifiers.
In addition, when cleaning the dye vat, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of waste cloth to the main vat of the machine to ensure that the fast water sprayed from the nozzle cleans the waste cloth to a "blind area" that cannot be reached by the normal circulation system.
