How to control the liquor ratio in the dyeing process of the dyeing machine

The smallest bath ratio of the current overflow jet dyeing machine is 1:6, and most of them are 1:10. In general, the quality of dyeing cannot be isolated from the bath ratio, but more importantly, whether the whole machine is designed. Reasonable, it depends on its mechanical controllability and so on. From the perspective of dyeing and finishing, whether the liquor ratio is set properly or not depends on the overall dyeing quality. According to the product manual of the printing and dyeing machinery manufacturer, it seems that the smaller the bath ratio, the more attractive customers are. In fact, it is not the case. The bath ratio of any overflow jet dyeing machine is not specified by the machinery manufacturer, but should be determined by the dyeing and finishing company. The processed products are determined when the process is formulated. For example, for dyeing light and thin polyester fabrics with a weight of 60 to 100g/m2, the bath ratio is generally controlled between 1:12 and 1:15, because the light and thin fabrics are large in volume and relatively long. Therefore, the bath ratio should be larger. On the contrary, the bath ratio of polyester/cotton (or viscose) blended fabrics with a weight of 250g/m2 should be controlled at about 1:10. Generally, the liquor ratio depends on the fabric running one time in the machine (r), it takes about 1.5~2min. Practice has proved that for light and thin fabrics, if the rotation speed is too fast, the probability of the fabric contacting the cloth guide roller The more the fabric interweaving points, the slippage (crack) will often occur as a result, but on the contrary, it is easy to produce colored flowers. For general fabrics, we must also pay attention to overloading. It is not only because the fabric is in the cloth storage tank. The accumulation time is long, and it is difficult to avoid the uneven heat of the fabric in the process of staying in the machine.
