1. Use the high-pressure airless spraying machine to spray the thermal insulation coating on the surface of the normal temperature and pressure dyeing machine, which will form a dense thermal insulation coating with a thickness of 1.5~5mm on the surface of the normal temperature and pressure dyeing machine.
2. According to a heat preservation method, we have the following specific steps:
(1) Remove all kinds of oil stains and protective compounds on the surface of normal temperature and pressure dyeing machine.
(2) Start the mixing device at a temperature not lower than 21 ℃, and stir the heat-insulating paint in the paint bucket to a milky consistency.
(3) Use the high-pressure airless spraying machine to spray the previously stirred thermal insulation coating in layers. Ensure that the thickness of each coating meets the requirements, wait until the previous coating is completely dry, and then spray the next coating.
