Impact of HT Jigger Dyeing Machine on the environment
Nov 10, 2021
With the continuous deepening and strengthening of environmental protection policies, traditional printing and dyeing techniques and equipment are in urgent need of further development. The traditional high-temperature gas dyeing machine uses the principle of aerodynamics. When the airflow generated by the fan is used to inject the nozzle partner, the dyeing liquid is injected into the nozzle through another way. After the dyeing liquid meets the airflow, it mixes into mist-like fine droplets and sprays towards The fabric not only drives the movement of the fabric, but also enables the dyeing liquid and the fabric to be fully touched in a short period of time, realizing the intention of even dyeing, and greatly reducing the bath ratio. However, the high-temperature air in the cylinder of the existing high-temperature gas dyeing machine is directly discharged through the air outlet, on the one hand, air pollution is formed, and on the other hand, the heat energy in the high-temperature air is not fully utilized, resulting in energy waste. The new high-temperature airflow dyeing machine makes full use of the heat energy in the discharged high-temperature gas to heat the inlet air, which increases the temperature of the gas that produces the high-speed airflow, and has high heat exchange efficiency. Together, it achieves the purpose of air exchange and energy recovery.
