1. To prevent friction in the dyeing process, you can use some suitable lubricants or reduce the running speed of the fabric to avoid scratches on the fabric.
2. When dyeing, if the dyeing and fixing are not synchronized, it will cause secondary dyeing, which will destroy the uniformity of dyeing, and it is easy to produce a step phenomenon. Therefore, it is necessary to choose dyes with good compatibility for dyeing to avoid these problems.
3. The temperature of the dyeing bath should be appropriate, too high or too low is not good. Moreover, the heating speed should not be too fast, so as to avoid the phenomenon of discoloration.
4. The dye must be fully dissolved, and manual stirring can be carried out if necessary to prevent the appearance of discoloration.
