Insulation method of normal temperature dyeing machine

1. Use a high-pressure airless sprayer to spray the thermal insulation coating on the surface of the normal temperature and normal pressure dyeing machine, which will make the surface of the normal temperature and normal pressure dyeing machine form a dense thermal insulation coating with a thickness of 1.5~5mm.


2. According to a thermal insulation method, we have the following specific steps:

(1) Remove various oil stains and protective compounds on the surface of the normal temperature and normal pressure dyeing machine.

(2) Turn on the mixing equipment at a temperature not lower than 21 °C, and mix the thermal insulation paint in the paint bucket to a milk-like consistency.

(3) Use a high-pressure airless sprayer to spray the previously mixed thermal insulation paint in layers. To ensure that the thickness of each coating meets the requirements, wait until the previous coating is completely dry before spraying the next coating.
