Introduction of HT Jigger Dyeing Machine's sediment cleaning

Aug 19, 2021

Long-term use of high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing machines will deposit dirt on the inner wall of the tank. Especially in the setting where the printing and dyeing industry pays attention to the control of sewage discharge, many printing and dyeing factories form dyes, oligomers, grease, and fiber debris in order to save water. A lot of other substances are deposited on the bottom of the tank. As a result, the dyeing vat will rise and cool down slightly, and there will be flying spots during dyeing. The severe will cause the dyeing equipment to block and the dyeing temperature will not rise. Depending on the purpose of the overflow tank, the main components of the sediment in the tank are also different, mainly dust, grease, agglomerated dyes, dispersants, oligomers, calcium salts, etc., and different methods are used to clean them according to different ingredients.
