Operation points:

1. Chemicals: The dye must be stirred and melted in the chemical tank before it can be injected into the machine tank, otherwise the nylon fabric is likely to cause color lake stains

2. Temperature: It is necessary to cover the heat insulation and heat preservation operation to keep the temperature of the upper and lower parts of the main cylinder of the machine consistent.

3. Raise the temperature: When adding steam to raise the temperature, the cloth roll cannot be operated, otherwise the temperature difference between the front and back will form a color cast

4. Head and tail: Before operation, the difference between the temperature of the cloth roll and the temperature of the liquid should be small. In winter, it is necessary to prevent the cloth roll from being too cold so that the cloth layer that touches the roll is cooled. It can be poured with hot dyeing liquid several times. Rolling makes it raise the temperature.
