1. The installation location of the machine should be clarified, but before installation, the room for machine operation and maintenance should be vacated in advance to facilitate the actual operation.
2. The machine should be installed on a level and firm foundation and fixed on the foundation with anchor screws.
3. When installing the dyeing equipment, use the equipment to check the flatness of the machine. If the level is not good, find the correctness.
4. The machine's three-phase four-wire switching power supply should be placed in the machine's wire box.
5. During the whole installation process, the machine should be equipped with a grounding device to ensure the safety factor.
