Jigger Dyeing Machine operation points and precautions
Dec 31, 2021
The high-pressure automatic Jigger Dyeing Machine can be used for high-pressure dyeing of all kinds of thick and thin synthetic cotton fabrics, and it can also dye all kinds of natural and mixed knitted fabrics under normal temperature and pressure.
The Jigger Dyeing Machine in the early stage was made of wood and iron. In the second half of the 1970s, stainless steel plates were slowly used for production and processing. According to the different types of fabrics produced, Jigger Dyeing Machine has three types: open type, capped, and high pressure. Nowadays, most of the open type machinery and equipment have been replaced early. The stamped Jigger Dyeing Machine is mainly used for dyeing silk and cotton, and the high-pressure Jigger Dyeing Machine is used for dyeing polyester fabrics, cotton and other synthetic fiber cotton fabrics.
Key links in the operation process:
1. Chemicals: dyes are indispensable. Nowadays, the chemical tanks can be filled into the machine tank only after they are fully stirred and melted. Otherwise, nylon fabrics are likely to cause lake stains.
2. Temperature: It is indispensable to cover the operation of heat preservation and heat insulation to keep the temperature of the equipment above and below the liquid consistent.
3. Temperature increase: When adding steam to remove the temperature, do not make the cloth roll work, otherwise the temperature difference between up and down, left and right will cause color shift
4. Head and tail: Before operation, make sure that the temperature of the cloth roll is not too different from the temperature of the liquid. In winter, it is necessary to prevent the cloth roll from being too cold to cool down the cloth layer that touches the roll. You can use hot dyeing liquid to pour a few The rewinding roller makes it increase in temperature.
