Jigger Dyeing Machine operation points and precautions
May 02, 2022
The high-pressure automatic jigger can be used for high-pressure dyeing of various thick and thin synthetic fiber cotton fabrics, as well as dyeing of various natural and mixed knitted fabrics at room temperature and pressure.
The early Jigger Dyeing Machines were made of wood and iron, and in the second half of the 1970s, stainless steel plates were gradually used for production and processing. According to the different types of fabrics produced, Jigger Dyeing Machine has three types: open type, capped, and high pressure. Nowadays, most of the open type machinery and equipment have been replaced early. The stamped Jigger Dyeing Machine is mainly used for the dyeing of silk and cotton, and the high-pressure jigger is used for the dyeing of polyester fabrics, cotton fabrics and other synthetic fiber cotton fabrics.
Key steps in the operation process:
1. Chemical materials: dyes are indispensable. Now they can be poured into the machine cylinder after sufficient stirring and melting in the chemical material tank. Otherwise, nylon fabrics are likely to cause lake stains.
2. Temperature: It is indispensable to add a cover for heat preservation and heat insulation operation to keep the temperature of the equipment above and below the liquid consistent.
3. Warming: When adding steam to warm, the cloth roll cannot be operated, otherwise the temperature difference between the top, bottom, left and right will lead to color shift.
4. Head and tail: Before operation, make sure that the difference between the temperature of the cloth roll and the temperature of the liquid is not too big. In winter, it is necessary to prevent the cloth roll from being too cold so that the cloth layer touching the roll is cooled. The rewind roll makes it warmer.
