Jigger Dyeing Machine's operating procedures during production
Jan 13, 2022
1. Be sure to park when the cloth roll is put on the roller. Wet the tip of the cloth with tap water first, and stick it on the roller evenly, and then drive the car. It is forbidden to pull the tip of the cloth against the roller while driving. If the tip of the cloth is not adhered firmly and falls off while driving, you should park and reattach it.
2. When the cloth roll is running, if it encounters defects such as rolls, wrinkles, etc., do not solve it on the face of the roll up to avoid rolling in your hands.
3. The cloth-rolling wooden roller core (square iron stem) is unreliably placed next to the rotating roller sleeve to avoid injury caused by ejection due to the force of mechanical equipment.
4. When hoisting the cloth roll by the electric hoist, the roller should be maintained at a stable level and not inclined to avoid the double ends of the rope from being dislocated, causing the cloth roll to fall and cause injury.
5. The spiral bevel gear and rotating shaft on the work roll should be modified with a fully enclosed safety cover.
6. The Jigger Dyeing Machine should be equipped with an emergency brake safety device for electrical equipment or mechanical equipment. The structure of the equipment is that two wooden boards should be attached to the bottom of both sides of the cylinder mouth and connected to each other with push buttons or mechanical equipment wrenches. In a risk situation, only the wooden board (safety board) needs to be moved, and the mechanical equipment will immediately stop turning around, which can reasonably avoid the occurrence of major safety accidents. Safety emergency braking installation must improve the usual regular inspection and maintenance to avoid failure.
7. When working on the Jigger Dyeing Machine, the sleeves of the work clothes must be fastened, and there must be no dragging. It is forbidden to wear skirts and pure cotton towels around the head and neck. When applying strong acids, strong bases and other toxic and hazardous dyes and modifiers, be sure to wear essential protective equipment, such as myopia glasses and rubber gloves, rubber boots or gas masks.
