Key points of color matching operation of high temperature and high pressure overflow jet dyeing machine

After dyeing with high-temperature and high-pressure jet overflow dyeing machine, the temperature should be cooled to 85℃ to exhaust steam, and the cover can only be lifted after the steam is exhausted. Turn off the lifting motor at 70～80℃, touch the head with the hook, and cut the sample within 10cm of the seam head. The size of the cut sample is about 6cm in length and 4cm in width. Carry out post-treatment, and then wrap the sample cloth with a cloth on the steam pipe to iron dry (or oven dry), and blow the steam to make it moist. Under the color matching light box, match the color according to the light specified by the customer. After color matching, if you need to add color to correct, you should add the material and increase the temperature to 100 ℃ before dyeing. If the color and light match, you can continue to cool down. After dyeing, light colors should only be washed with hot water, and medium and dark and especially dark colors must be strengthened to restore and wash to improve the color and fastness of the fabric. The reducing cleaning agent used should be dissolved and injected from the feeding bucket, not directly added through the operating window.
