Measures for heat preservation of package dyeing machine

1. Use the high-pressure airless spraying machine to spray the thermal insulation coating on the surface of the package dyeing machine, which will form a dense thermal insulation coating with a thickness of 1.5~5mm on the surface of the package dyeing machine.
2. According to the first insulation method, we have the following specific steps:
(1) Remove all kinds of oil stains and protective compounds from the surface of the package dyeing machine.
(2) Start the mixing device at a temperature not lower than 21 ℃, and stir the heat-insulating paint in the paint bucket to a milky consistency.
(3) Use the high-pressure airless spraying machine to spray the previously stirred thermal insulation coating in layers. Ensure that the thickness of each coating meets the requirements, wait until the previous coating is completely dry, and then spray the next coating.
3. The thickness of each layer of thermal insulation coating on the vertical surface of all the above bobbin dyeing machines is 0.23-0.25mm.
Of course, the traditional package dyeing machine still has some defects in heat preservation, so we need new heat preservation methods, and we can improve the working environment and energy-saving effect.
