1. High temperature and high pressure overflow dyeing machine
The dye liquor is drawn out from the bottom of the dye tank and enters the overflow tank through the heater. Two or three overflow pipe inlets are installed in the overflow tank in parallel.
The fabric is driven by the active guide roller and the overflow of dye solution to circulate. During the dyeing process, the fabric is in a loose state, with low tension, uniform dyeing, bright color, and soft product feel
It is mainly used for dyeing synthetic fiber warp knitted, weft knitted and elastic fabrics. It can be used for dyeing under high temperature and pressure, or under normal temperature and pressure.
2. High temperature and high pressure beam dyeing machine
The knitted fabric is wound on the hollow spool with holes on the surface, sent into the horizontal cylindrical stainless steel shell, sealed, pressurized and dyed, and then treated.
Dye liquor is transported by centrifugal pump and circulates to the fabric layer from inside to outside or from outside to inside through the warp shaft.
In case of improper operation, this kind of dyeing may cause color difference in the inner, outer and middle of the fabric layer.
3. Winch type high temperature and high pressure rope dyeing machine
Features: Sealed and pressure resistant, can be used at high temperature and high pressure, and can also be used at normal temperature and pressure. Low steam consumption.
