1. Dyeing machine operators must pass safety training and pass the exam before they start to work.
2. Labor insurance must be dressed neatly and meet the requirements before working.
3. Check the equipment condition of the dyeing machine before working every day. If there is a safety hazard, you have to operate the dyeing machine.
4. Do not open the control valve too quickly when operating the steam to heat water, and cover the cylinder head together to avoid scalding by boiling water.
5. When doing hanging dyeing, all parts of the body shall not be stretched under the hanger to prevent the hanger from falling and hurting people.
6. Adhere to the unobstructed access of the fire-fighting passages, and prohibit obstructing the passages; clear water accumulation at any time to avoid fall injuries.
7. It is necessary to cut off the water, electricity and steam, and arrange the equipment after the daily operation is completed.
