① Strictly follow the operating procedures for dyeing. When the processing type changes, the return valve, nozzle and other equipment should be adjusted in time. After the fabric enters the machine, it must run slowly for 3 to 5 minutes before closing the door and adding materials for dyeing.

② Regarding some frivolous and high-density fabrics, that is, fabrics that do not sink in the dyeing bath but simply float on the liquid surface, work hard to formulate skills and determine dyeing prescriptions to prevent the occurrence of clogging, such as adopting the method of full overflow, or Add degassing agent etc. in the dyeing bath.

③In the dyeing process, pay attention to check whether there is clogging in the machine. Once found, the recoil blocking equipment can be activated to remove the clogged cloth.

④ To prevent the increase of foam in the dye bath, you can add a proper defoamer and choose soft water in the dye bath.
