In addition to improving the cohesiveness of the dye, the cohesiveness can also be adjusted by spraying powder, which means that the dye should be slowly sprinkled into cold water under high-speed stirring. After the dye bath is made, it should not be stored for a long time. In order to avoid sedimentation, it needs to be mixed slowly with a stirrer.

2. Dye selection and dyeing try to choose varieties with good diffusibility and uniformity, and choose dyes with similar dyeing functions when matching colors.

3. Recovery and cleaning. Cleaning is an important part of removing floating color. The color is slightly lighter after cleaning. Improved resistance to rubbing and light fastness.

4. According to printing and dyeing equipment manufacturers, tar spots are viscous substances composed of dye solutions, mainly composed of dye laxatives and polyester oligomers. Polyester oligomers will ooze out of the fiber during polyester polycondensation, and flow into the dye solution during long-term dyeing at high temperatures, thereby adhering to the surface of the fiber.
