Preparations before the high temperature dyeing machine is put into use

1. According to the basic drawing, do a good job of the foundation, and pay attention to the surrounding channels that are convenient for operation and maintenance.
2. After the equipment is placed on the foundation, first calibrate the level, and then install all valves, pressure gauges, safety valves, etc.
3. Connect the water inlet, air inlet pipes, and discharge water pipes.
4. Connect the power supply and gas circuit.
5. After the installation of the equipment, the whole machine is firstly subjected to a hydraulic test, the test pressure is 0.44MPa standard pressure, and the pressure is maintained for 30 minutes without leakage and abnormal deformation.
6. Thoroughly clean the inside of the machine, then start each system separately and do a running test, and check whether the opening pressure of the safety valve is at the specified value (the starting pressure of the safety valve on the dye vat is 0.44Mpa, and the pressure on the heat exchanger is 0.44Mpa. The tripping pressure of the safety valve is 0.55MPa).
