Principle of singeing machine

SINGEING is the process that makes the fabric pass through the flame of singeing machine or brush against the red-hot metal surface to remove the fluff on the fabric surface and obtain a smooth surface. 

At this point the cloth surface because of the fluff close to the flame and loose, and soon heating combustion. Because the fabric itself is dense, thick and far from the flame, it warms up slowly. When the temperature has not yet reached the ignition point, it has already left the flame or the red-hot metal surface, it achieves the goal of only burning off the surface fluff without damaging the fabric. Of course, singeing temperature and singeing machine speed control is not appropriate, will also damage the fabric.
