1. Dyeing prescription: neutral dye 1 × 2% ammonium sulfate bath ratio 1:10 ~ 20 pH 6 7 2.
2. Operation: Adjust the bath ratio, run at 85°C for 5 minutes, add additives, run for 10 minutes, add the dye to dissolve completely, then run for 10 minutes, quickly heat up to boiling, boil the dye for 30 to 60 minutes, cool, and wash. If necessary, use an anionic dispersing leveling agent to improve diffusion, penetration and leveling and prevent uneven coloring.
After the last treatment, the dye is washed and added with 2 to 3% acetic acid (80%), which can improve fastness and handle, remove sticky substances, and uncover fibers, thereby reducing the trouble caused by static electricity in spinning after the session time.
