Reasons for cleaning HT Jigger Dyeing Machine

Nov 05, 2021

Long-term use of high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing machines will deposit dirt on the inner wall of the tank. Especially in the context of the printing and dyeing industry generally attaching importance to controlling sewage discharge, many printing and dyeing factories have caused dyes, oligomers, grease, and fiber debris in order to save water. A large amount of other substances are deposited on the bottom of the tank. The consequence is that the dyeing vat will rise and cool down slightly, and there will be flying spots during dyeing. In severe cases, the dyeing equipment will be blocked and the dyeing temperature will not rise. Depending on the purpose of the overflow tank, the main components of the sediment in the tank are also different, mainly dust, grease, agglomerated dyes, dispersants, oligomers, calcium salts, etc., and different methods are used to clean them according to different ingredients.
