The nozzle pressure is too large or too small, and the speed of the cloth guide wheel is too fast or too slow. In this case, it is easy to block the cloth. At this time, the speed of the cloth guide wheel should be slowed down first, and then the nozzle pressure should be adjusted down. The cloth feed speed is too fast, and some machines will block the nozzles with the cloth. If the nozzle pressure is too low, the cloth guide wheel speed is too fast. If so, just wait for the cloth to jam. Stop the cloth guide wheel first, and then adjust the nozzle pressure. If the nozzle pressure indicator shows that the cloth does not go under high pressure, then consider whether the nozzle size has been selected. In some machines, the nozzle pressure and cloth guide wheel speed are converted into digital display. Generally, the cloth guide wheel speed is slightly slower than the nozzle pressure.


The nozzle is not adjusted properly, or the size of the nozzle does not match the thickness of the cloth, and the nozzle is not adjusted properly, it will only appear on the threaded nozzle. When adjusting the nozzle, the nozzle needs to be turned down to the end, and then turned up. A few laps, this depends on the thickness of the cloth. Once it is not adjusted properly, the nozzle pressure will be too high or too small, causing clogging of the cloth. It is easy to use a large nozzle for thick cloth, and a small nozzle for thin cloth, which can avoid clogging. Although some masters who have been working on the cylinder for many years use large nozzles to make thin cloth, it is fine, but it is not safe to do so. It is better to do as required.


The diverter valve is not adjusted properly. Generally, there are three diverter valves in the front, middle and rear. The clogging of the high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine will only occur when the front diverter valve is fully opened, and the latter two are not opened or opened too small, and the water in the tank flows to the front. , The backlog of cloth is in front of the cloth guide wheel, causing cloth blockage. Under normal circumstances, the diverter valve has been adjusted well, so don't change it arbitrarily.


There is no pressure in the high-temperature master cylinder, usually because you forget to close the discharge or exhaust valve, or one of the two is broken. There is no pressure in the master cylinder at high temperatures, and the nozzle is also not pressured. At this time, the nozzle pressure will be low and the guide cloth The wheel speed is too fast, and it returns to the two situations.


Too much cloth feed, the machine has its large capacity, do not feed too much cloth.


If the water level of the machine is too high or there is too much foam, the cloth is accumulated in front of the cloth guide wheel due to the high water level, the cloth is too much, the outlet is too small, clogging of the cloth is inevitable, and the best way is to drain. Too much foam will not block the cloth, it depends on the model, some will block, some will not. It can be solved by adding defoamer, but not more. It is better to use 50 to 100 grams at a time. Adding more is not good for the machine.
