1. Technical principle
According to the principle of aerodynamics, the water mist dye liquor produced by the special nozzle is used to complete the dyeing process with the dyed fabric in the gas-liquid mixing chamber, and the dyed fabric is drawn by the circulating airflow for cyclic movement.
2. Key Technologies
Dye liquor nozzle, gas-liquid mixing chamber, circulating fan, variable section cloth storage tank, dye liquor distribution system, dye liquor temperature control system, flow control system, feeding control system, etc.
3. Process flow
Pre-treatment [desizing, scouring, bleaching, alkali reduction] → dyeing → post-treatment → soft finishing
2. Technical application
High-temperature and high-pressure airflow dyeing machine is a new generation of high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmentally friendly dyeing machines. After eight years of dedicated research and technical tracking, the R&D personnel have developed almost simultaneously with the international advanced airflow dyeing technology at the same time, and have obtained a large number of dyeing process experimental data, which has laid a solid foundation for the successful development of this technology. It has been used in trial production in many printing and dyeing factories in Guangdong, Jiangsu and other places. Compared with ordinary overflow or jet dyeing machines, it not only has a high "one-time success rate" of product dyeing, but also saves 50% of water, 50% of steam, and 10% to 15% of dyestuffs, 60% of auxiliaries are saved, and 50% of sewage is reduced. In addition, air dyeing has less tension on high-stretch knitted fabrics (including spandex), and the processed fabrics feel better than ordinary overflow or jet dyeing. It has been verified by practice that in the process of air dyeing, there is a mutual rubbing condition between fabrics, which is suitable for the completion of the "primary and secondary fibrillation" process of Lyocell fiber fabrics, enzyme biochemical treatment, sea-island ultra- New processes such as alkali-dissolving fine fibers to leave fibers.
