Cloth roll

The central mechanism of the Jigger Dyeing Machine is two rolls that are wound back and forth alternately. The fabric is unwound from one roll and rolled onto the other roll. During the alternate winding process, the fabric continuously passes through the roll. The dye liquor under the cloth stick absorbs the dye liquor on the cloth surface, and absorbs, binds and fixes during the winding process.


Folding dye vat

Also called the dyeing tank, it is located under the cloth rolling roller and contains the dye liquor. The cloth in the winding passes through the liquid under the bottom of the dyeing tank.


Folding gear differential mechanism

A method to keep the linear speed of the two cloth rolls constant to ensure that the fabric will not be folded and wrinkled due to fast feeding and slowing when passing through, and it will not cause excessive tension, stretching or even stretching due to slow feeding and fast winding. A mechanical device that pulls off the fabric.


Cylinder head

The cylinder head of the Jigger Dyeing Machine at room temperature plays the role of keeping the up and down and left and right temperature inside the cylinder, preventing the liquid on the fabric from being blown by the wind and causing energy loss, and also preventing the upper temperature from being too low to affect dye penetration and fixation. The cylinder head of the high-temperature and high-pressure Jigger Dyeing Machine functions as a pressure cooker cover. The internal temperature of the cylinder exceeds 100°C, which is suitable for dyeing polyester fabrics with disperse dyes.


Operation points:

1. Chemical material: The dye must be fully stirred and dissolved in the chemical tank before it can be driven into the cylinder, otherwise lake stains may occur on the cloth surface


2. Temperature: It must be covered to keep the temperature running to keep the temperature in the cylinder at the same temperature everywhere.


3. Heating up: When heating up with steam, the cloth roll cannot be operated, otherwise the temperature difference between front and rear will cause color difference


4. Head and tail: Before running, make sure that the temperature of the cloth roll is not much different from the temperature under the liquid. In winter, it is necessary to prevent the cloth roll from being too cold to cool down the cloth layer that touches the roll. You can pour the roll with hot dye solution several times. Make it increase the temperature.
