The reason for the sudden stop of the high temperature dyeing machine

1. Mechanical equipment. Sudden damage to certain parts of the dyeing machine, such as motors, meters, pumps, valves, drive belts, bearings, etc.

2. Process operation method. The seam of the fabric is not very good. The seam is suddenly torn during the operation. If the fabric enters carelessly, it will be twisted. During the operation, there will be knots and blockages. Or the fabric is too slender and the fabric is too full. A knotted blockage occurs. During the operation method, the nozzle pressure is not adjusted properly, and the cloth is blocked.

3. External factors. Sudden power failure leads to sudden stop of mechanical equipment, sudden shutdown of dyeing temperature, resulting in interruption of cooling water of circulating pump, poor quality of defoamer, low defoaming efficiency, excessive foam in dyeing bath, and air suction in the middle, causing fabrics blockage, etc.

General emergency measures:

Under normal circumstances, the power supply and steam source should be cut off first, and it is strictly forbidden for the equipment to deal with failures under pressure and electricity. When the power is cut off or the water is cut off, the steam is released to reduce the pressure, and the steam pressure in the dyeing machine drops to zero (the temperature can be quickly reduced to below 100°C). After troubleshooting, re-staining can begin.
