The structure of the winding control system of the dye jigger
Jun 24, 2024
The winding control system of the dye jigger usually consists of the following main parts:
Sensor:
Including tension sensor, speed sensor and position sensor. The tension sensor is used to detect the tension of the fabric during the winding process, the speed sensor is used to measure the rotation speed of the reel, and the position sensor is used to determine the winding position and length of the fabric.
Controller:
Generally a programmable logic controller (PLC) or a dedicated motion controller is used. The controller receives the signal from the sensor and calculates the control instruction according to the preset control algorithm and process parameters.
Drive device:
Usually a frequency converter or a DC speed control device, which is used to drive the motor to realize the rotation of the reel. The drive device adjusts the speed and torque of the motor according to the instructions issued by the controller.
Motor:
Provides power to drive the reel for winding operation.
Human-machine interface (HMI):
The operator inputs the winding process parameters such as winding speed, tension setting value, winding length, etc. through the HMI, and monitors the operating status and related parameters of the system in real time.
